I saw your art on the DPO site and had to comment again. Love the light. What a striking array of blues and greens with terra cotta peaking through. This is one of those paintings that I would've loved to have seen your mixing palette.

You can tell you have a strong background in DRAWING! The perspective on this is terrific! And the values are spot on! Great painting!
I have been waiting to see this and love how it turned out. Love the light on that Southern face!!!
You're cropping of the steeple invokes such height - love it Stephen! And lighting is so dramatic.
wow! Your sense of light is amazing, Stephen.
Love the perspective and amazing detail. Most of all, love the light on the side of the steeple- just right somehow, like a smile:)
Love the angle, cropping and colors!! Wonderful!
Thanks to all of you. At times it felt like I bit off more than I could chew. But it was really good practice and I'm glad to have seen it through.
Great perspective. Beautiful warm blue/greens.
Seen from this angle the church is definitely striving upwards...and this is probably the message a church should hold. Great work!
This is a great use of color palette. Wonderful drawing, Stephen.
GREAT drawing!!
I always have issues with the architectural details. More drawing practice needed there.
Wonderful perspective and color.
